Each company has it’s perks, but if you are brand new to online teaching I recommend Gogokid because they have the easiest application process. It’s a great way to get your feet wet. You can complete all the steps to getting hired within 48 hours.
If you are serious about teaching online and want to be in this industry for the long haul I recommend VIPKid because they are the most reputable company with the most investors. At certain times of year it can be difficult to get booked with classes, but with a few tricks you can get booked.
iTutorGroup has the best hours because you can work 24/7. That means you can teach from 7:30 am to 12:30 pm EST instead of doing midnight shifts or early morning shifts at other online ESL companies. The downside of iTutorGroup is that the pay is not competitive and they do require 10 fixed hours. However, there is a lot of room for growth at the company if you are a quality teacher.
Palfish is great for non-degree holders and non-native speakers. You can do free talk with adults and open hours 24/7.
